Transpro Burgener understands how important it is to build lasting relationships with the community and the organizations that work hard to improve and maintain it. Our business and employees rely on service agencies, organizations, educational institutions and various resources every day. That is why we started offering a flexible Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program that allows us to give back to those organizations!

As part of the VTO program, full time employees may take up to 16 hours of paid work time every year to participate in an approved community service activity. Our employees regularly take advantage of this opportunity, and freely support a multitude of organizations and non-profits. From assisting at a youth rodeo, serving at the wolf sanctuary or even traveling to California to help out at a cancer survivor camp, Transpro employees are continuously giving back.

The goal of our VTO program is to help community service organizations and improve the quality of life for our community at large. Not only does a volunteer culture at a company help to recruit new employees, reports show that implementing a VTO program will also help to increase retention and keep employees satisfied at work. A volunteer mindset makes employees proud to work for a place that cares for the community, and builds a sense

of loyalty for the company.
